After payment confirmation, the 3D printing files (STL) are delivered via a download link sent to your email or through your customer account.
These files allow you to start printing immediately.
No shipping costs apply to digital files.
Physical Components
Some products may include physical components (for example hardware or accessories).
These components are shipped separately after purchase.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the order.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Processing Time
Typical processing time is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Duties & Taxes
United States
Orders shipped to the United States are typically delivered duty paid, meaning applicable import duties are handled during the shipping process. Customers in the U.S. generally do not need to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.
Other Countries
Unless stated otherwise, orders to other countries are shipped DDU / DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid / Delivered At Place).
Any import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Druckdateien
Nach Zahlungseingang werden die 3D-Druckdateien (STL) über einen Download-Link per E-Mail oder über dein Kundenkonto bereitgestellt.
Damit kannst du sofort mit dem Druck beginnen.
Für digitale Dateien fallen keine Versandkosten an.
Physische Komponenten
Einige Produkte können physische Komponenten enthalten (z. B. Hardware oder Zubehör).
Diese Komponenten werden separat nach dem Kauf versendet.
Die Versandkosten werden automatisch im Checkout berechnet und hängen vom Zielland sowie vom Gewicht der Bestellung ab.
Sobald die Sendung verschickt wurde, erhältst du eine Sendungsverfolgung (Tracking-Link) per E-Mail.
Bearbeitungszeit
