Digital Products (STL files)
Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been issued or accessed.

Physical Products (if applicable)
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return
Email Bolat@prinjekt.de for return authorization and instructions. Unless caused by our error or a confirmed defect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for: custom/personalized items, gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases. Sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

Exchanges
For the fastest resolution, return the item (once accepted) and place a new order for the replacement.

EU 14-day cooling-off (physical goods)
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days without giving any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
